- Sale Price up to €200,000 add on €5800
- Sale Price €201,000 to €350,000 add on €8700
- Sale Price over €351,000 add on €11600
- Over €500,000, commission will be shown on individual properties as these can vary
- Actos Juridicos
- 1% of the mortgage value on resale (not applicable if no mortgage required)
- 1% of the net price on new build
- (if new build with mortgage, both the above apply)
- Taxes
- ITPSD or IVA @ 7% of the declared value
- Notary Fees
- 0.7% of the declared value (approximately)
- Land Registry Fees
- 0.25% of the declared value (approximately)
Items 4 & 5 may be higher if the purchase is to be mortgaged.
Solicitors Fees Not Included as these depend on the solicitor (1% - 3%)
The Consumer has the right to receive a copy of the corresponding Informative Document for the property as per Decreto 218/2005.
